Its a great example how individuals are being recognized as stand outs for their unique resumes.  Seems like a no brainer.  You have one of the largest, most authoritative news sites on the web today yet very little will heed its revelation what we already knew a long time ago.

In order to stand out, you have to come across different than the rest.  If all things are equal with your skillset and another candidates, which do you think they will choose?  Someone thats the ‘same’ as the rest or someone thats different and creative?
