When can I expect to receive my resume back?
Typical turn around time is 3-6 days. Sometimes we get slammed with work and it may take 6 days. Other times we can have back to you within 24 hours. But on average, its between the 3-6 day range.
How do I send you my existing resume?
Simple. As soon as you place your order you’ll see an ‘Upload’ box. You’ll click that icon, then upload your resume to us. We’ll send your new resume via email to the address on file.
What if I'm not 100% satisfied?
Our goal is to make sure you are happy with the way your resume turned out. Adding style and design is our number objective. If you see another design you think is better, just let us know after you place the order. We’ll make sure your satisfaction is 100% and you’re ready to submit that new resume to recruiters and HR personnel.
What if I need my entire resume rewritten? Can you help with that?
We do work with a handful of resume writers that do exactly that. Cost range from $150 up to $500 depending on how much time and work is involved. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information on how we can help.
What is the ordering process?
Once you decide on the resume layout from our ‘Ordering’ page, you’ll checkout online. Once completed, you’ll be presented with an upload box where you can choose your resume from your computer to send to us. It will be uploaded and we’ll take care of the rest. Its that simple!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit card, such as Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and others. We also accept Paypal and may be accepting additional forms such as Amazon Payments in the future.
Are there questionnaires we need to answer before ordering?
No, we’re simply taking your resume to make one that highlights your skill set in a creative design that grabs the attention of the recruiter. We bring your old resume into the 21st century with a fresh look.
Can I edit the resume once I receive it back?
Yes and no. You will be able to make edits easier if you are using specific software such as Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign. However, you will receive a Microsoft Word version of your resume back as well. Many recruiters do ask for a Word format so they can enter it into their application tracking software.
